Daddy's girl?
Okenis, Betty and Sonya - the women who have taken excellent care of our families during our time in Colombia.
We had a much better day today - vaccination trauma may be over. Tomorrow we go to Bienestar to have our meeting and claim our girl as our own. Hopefully tomorrow we will have many pictures of a cute little girl in the peach dress that her Nona bought for her.
Oh, and for those of you who have been asking - she is 15 lbs. and 24.5 inches long. I'll have to look tomorrow to see how much she has changed since we picked her up at FANA a week ago.

ReplyDeleteWe know exactly what your talking about with the vaccines. It never gets any easier though. I think it is harder on the parents then it is on them.
You two are so lucky to be getting all that help and training down there on how to care for your little girl. Definitely take advantage of it and take lots of notes.
Well it sounds like everything is going great for you guys. You look so happy, and Isabella is beautiful. We can't wait to meet her.
I cannot believe I am seeing these pictures!! All of your children are beautiful and I am so happy that you are all there together! This is a friendship that will last forever! I miss you all!
